Bay Blinds Terms & Conditions
CONTRACT
Once you have placed your order and had it accepted by us, a legally binding contract is then in place, which will be governed by the Laws of England & Wales. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will in any way diminish your statutory rights.
MERCHANDISE - YOUR GUARANTEE
All our products are quality checked before dispatch, however, if your blinds are defective in any way, we will replace them or refund your money WITHOUT QUIBBLE. All we ask is that the original packaging around the product is undisturbed (undamaged) and that you obtain proof of delivery from your carrier, we will also refund the cost of carriage.
Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund blinds without their original packaging or which have been altered, adjusted or marked in any way.
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we will refund your money if you send the product back to us provided the packaging is in it's original condition, we only ask that you pay for the carriage.
SECURITY
We have chosen Barclays Bank as our partner for payment on the Internet because their ePDQ security system is regarded as the best available at the moment. As these security systems improve & develop, Barclays are sure to be at the forefront of any technological improvements.
YOUR INFORMATION
The information you provide to us to process your order and deliver to whichever address you require will be carefully stored on our high security server hidden in London docklands. We would like to use this information in the future, i.e. new offers and promotions and for our associate companies. However, whilst we have to retain this information securely for 5 years, if you do not wish us to use or pass on this information, please tick the box provided and we guarantee we will never use it in this fashion.
